About Me

I was born in Michigan, raised in Florida, and shaped early in life by a deep interest in service, responsibility, and personal growth. That desire to do something meaningful led me to the United States Marine Corps, where I served four years as an Infantry Rifleman and Fireteam Leader. My deployment to Sangin, Afghanistan was one of the most defining experiences of my life. During that combat tour, I survived an IED strike—an event that changed how I view resilience, preparation, leadership, and the importance of staying ready for whatever comes next. Those years in the Marines taught me discipline, grit, and how to operate under extreme pressure, lessons I still carry with me every day.

After transitioning out of the military, I pursued a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology to build a strong foundation in systems, networks, and modern technology. That education opened the door to a diverse career in security and operations. Over the years, I have worked in roles that include corporate security, data center protection, and intelligence analysis. I’ve led security teams in Tier IV data centers, supported multi-million-dollar infrastructure upgrades, and contributed threat assessments and intelligence products that support public safety and operational decision-making. Each position strengthened my understanding of how physical and digital security intersect, and how both must evolve to counter modern threats.

As my career developed, I found myself drawn to empowering others—teaching, training, and helping individuals improve their personal readiness. That led me into firearms instruction, where I focus on safe, practical, real-world defensive skills. I teach with the same mindset the Marine Corps instilled in me: clarity, responsibility, discipline, and respect for the tools we use and the environments we operate in. My goal is to give people the confidence and capability they need to protect themselves and make sound decisions under stress.

At the same time, I began working in web design and cybersecurity—two fields that complement each other more than most people realize. In web design, I focus on building clean, modern websites that communicate clearly and function reliably. In cybersecurity, I apply my analytical background to help others understand digital threats, reduce their online exposure, and develop stronger digital hygiene. I believe preparedness extends beyond the physical world, and being skilled online is just as important as being confident offline.

Today, I bring together all three disciplines—firearms instruction, cybersecurity education, and website design—to create a well-rounded approach to personal and professional readiness. Whether I’m teaching someone how to handle a firearm safely, helping them strengthen their digital security, or designing a website that supports their goals, my mission is the same: to equip people with the tools, knowledge, and mindset they need to move forward with confidence. My journey has taught me that capability is built, not given, and I’m committed to helping others build theirs.
